Excellent, knowledgeable and honest specialty mechanics capable and willing to take on a wide variety of problems in an efficient and professional manner. Door to door service is unusual and appreciated in these crazy times. I would highly recommend them to my mother if she had a Mercedes and was still alive. Zach is an excellent people person and the idea that communication with the customer during the process to avoid surprises is, unfortunately, very novel these days.

I've owned multiple Mercedes over the last 17 years and use German Motors exclusively for service and repair. My experiences with them mirror all of the excellent comments of previous reviews. I prefer Mercedes vehicles not just for the make, but the quality of the friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable support and service that German Motors offers. 5 star ⭐️ rating. Mark, Zach and the office crew are professional, personal and knowledgeable. I have a 1999 E320 fourmatic with 174,000 miles. They always tell me what needs to be repaired and things that might show up in the next 6mos to year. I love my car and want it to keep going as long as it can. Mark and German motors will make that happen. Been going here since I moved here in 2001.

Have used Mark and his crew for more than 30 years. The only thing to say is that I have never known anything but superlative and efficient service. I can not recommend German Motors highly enough for your Mercedes service. Zack is great.

5 well deserved stars. These guys have worked on my son's good-as-new 2006 E-350 and did a marvelous job. I used their services for my 2009 ML 320 Bluetech. A tricky vehicle for knowledgeable people. I must say that they outdid themselves. I'm about to use their knowledge, services and skill to repair some flaws that came up. I'm glad that they are in business and, frankly, I wouldn't feel comfortable taking my beloved Benz elsewhere.

These guys are absolutely the best. I had my 1998 C230 in for work. During this time, I had some Health issues. Mark the owner brought groceries to my condo . I had 3 fractured ribs and was in the hospital for 3 weeks. Mark even came to my place and toilet walked my pomeranian for a few days until my neighbor took over. Wow! not only are they the best and most reasonable repair shop they are very compassionate! Thank you Mark and your entire staff! If you need Mercedes repairs, go here for the best of everything!

I recently bought a 2011 Mercedes E550 Coupe and it had about 36,000 miles on it. When it got to 40,000, I took it to German Motors. I went to the shop to "check it out" before I was willing to take my car in. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and lighting in the shop. I made an appt. for 2 days later, I could've taken it the next day (the local Mercedes dealer was booked up for over 3 weeks. I needed a 40K service. Zach was great. They had my car ready the next day and only did the work that the car needed. My w/s washer reservoir was cracked and I had them replace that along with the other work that was listed. The total bill was still $350 less than the dealer charges for a "Service B", and that included the new reservoir! Very happy with the work and will have my car serviced/repaired at their shop as long as I own it.
