I was a first-time customer a few years back when I purchased an older 230 slk that had some minor sensor issues. They were great at fixing the issue, but more important, their communication with me stood out and they did what they said they would do. In the end, they stick to what they say.My car is 14 years old and still running strong. Of course I have occasional things that need fixing, but every time I take my car in, I have a high sense of trust in their honesty, integrity and competence.If you have a Benz, this is the place!

German Motors is absolutely the BOMB.I've been using Mark and his team at German Motors since 1992. The service is superb, the work is impeccable, and everyone is always friendly and helpful. So I show up today with my 2001 ML320, and a detailed explanation of my exact problem. "It's running like crap and the check engine light is on."A few hours later I get it back and it's smooth as silk!Mark kept my last ML320 running well through 240,000 miles, and it's still running. I drive from Boulder to Lakewood to use them because I can trust Mark totally. He'll always give me a detailed list of issues, cost for each, which need to be addressed right now, and which can be handled later.Had a problem on a road trip a couple of years ago, and went to a supposed MB expert who was having problems figuring out my trouble. I called Mark, got the 'expert' on the phone with him, and he walks the guy through the issue and how to fix it. Sweet! Even hundreds of miles away he's keeping me going and saving me $$$$.If you're a MB owner, you *really* need to give these folks a try. You simply won't find better, but you can sure spend more trying.

There is no way that I can put into words the level of appreciation I have for Mark and his team at German Motors. They provide a level of service that you cannot and will not find anywhere else in the industry. It is very relaxing knowing that I have found not only a shop that I can trust, but they keep prices reasonable.The only reason I don't want you to go there is so they will still have time for my old 76 280. They have exceeded my expectations on two occasions in a month and brought her back to life.

I went here based on the reviews. Let me tell you what, Mark knows how's to run a shop at reasonable prices and better yet the service you get from him and his crew is awesome! Wayy better than the dealership working on my car! And he doesn't bullshit you, when I replaced a gasket, it was still leaking brought it in and he didn't argue with me saying well this could be another cause of it he admited the messed up. To me weather or not you mess up if you admit to it and fix it without problems a+ service! Until I get my own shop where I can work on my car I'm going to Mark.

Mark, the owner of this little shop is the best Mercedes mechanic in Denver. I took an old '82 300 Diesel in (a challenging car to work on) needing plenty of work. He itemized everything that needed to be done, organized it according to priority and priced it out. My car is running smoother than I've ever owned it (2 years). The service was extremely fast and all of his staff is great! They're super friendly and very willing to help. Mark is extremely professional and he won't rip you off; as he's a Mercedes specialist, don't expect your repairs to be cheap, but at least you can rest assured your Mercedes is with the best Mercedes mechanic in Denver. I'm a big skeptic when it comes to vehicle repair, but if you want to repair or restore your Mercedes, no matter the year or model, this is your guy. Thanks Mark for the smooth ride !

German Motors, Mark, and his crew are simply the best. I've owned four Mercedes Benz vehicles and for the last 11 years German Motors has serviced and repaired them all, I wouldn't consider taking any of them anywhere else. Mark runs his shop with standards the dealerships can't come close to. Integrity, honesty, experience, quality, ethics, those are words I use to describe Mark and German Motors. Normally you don't hear words like that in conjunction with the word Value, but at German Motors you'll find not only the most professional and very highest quality service for your Mercedes, but it also comes with Value. There is no problem or maintenance issue they can't solve or take care of quickly, efficiently, honestly, and with great communication and explanation. The shop is always clean and bright, his crew are always dressed well and look sharp, and they are all very knowledgeable and professional.

Outstanding service! My last three cars have all been serviced, repaired and otherwise had excellent care from the wonderful folks at German Motors. I value the quality of the service a very, very close second to the quality of the vehicle, and I routinely drive 4 hours to bring my car in for a checkup, service and repair. Mark is the most honest and direct mechanic I've ever met, looking out for the most cost-effective, efficient, and safest solutions to and of my car issues. He has a loyal and exceptionally well-trained staff, who put dealership service to shame. I agree with all of the comments posted by other customers above, and I too cannot recommend German Motors highly enough.

Mark Yoakum and his team at German Motors have been taking care of my cars for the past 18 years, during which I've come to trust Mark's advice implicitly. Mark invests in his crew, all of whom are highly trained Mercedes Benz specialists knowledgeable in the latest Mercedes repair technology. mark has consistently demonstrated the highest integrity and always puts the customer's best interests first and foremost. If my car is having a problem and there are several possible causes, Mark and his crew start with the least serious/costly likelihood and work their way to the most serious/costly likelihood, rather than take the opposite and costliest approach. Whether I'm taking my car in for an oil service or because there's a problem, Mark and his crew inspect the car thoroughly and lets me know if there are other issues, then Mark walks me through them in order of priority, with safety issues coming first. I can't recommend German Motors highly enough.

Mark is incredible! Every time I've had my Benz in for service all of the employees have been honest, professional and have done outstanding work. This is the best place in Denver to have service work done on a Mercedes. Honest, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and all at a great value.
