Outstanding service! My last three cars have all been serviced, repaired and otherwise had excellent care from the wonderful folks at German Motors. I value the quality of the service a very, very close second to the quality of the vehicle, and I routinely drive 4 hours to bring my car in for a checkup, service and repair. Mark is the most honest and direct mechanic I've ever met, looking out for the most cost-effective, efficient, and safest solutions to and of my car issues. He has a loyal and exceptionally well-trained staff, who put dealership service to shame. I agree with all of the comments posted by other customers above, and I too cannot recommend German Motors highly enough.

Mark Yoakum and his team at German Motors have been taking care of my cars for the past 18 years, during which I've come to trust Mark's advice implicitly. Mark invests in his crew, all of whom are highly trained Mercedes Benz specialists knowledgeable in the latest Mercedes repair technology. mark has consistently demonstrated the highest integrity and always puts the customer's best interests first and foremost. If my car is having a problem and there are several possible causes, Mark and his crew start with the least serious/costly likelihood and work their way to the most serious/costly likelihood, rather than take the opposite and costliest approach. Whether I'm taking my car in for an oil service or because there's a problem, Mark and his crew inspect the car thoroughly and lets me know if there are other issues, then Mark walks me through them in order of priority, with safety issues coming first. I can't recommend German Motors highly enough.

Owning an old mercedes is a risky proposition! Mark takes some of that risk out with his knowledge and skill. But, more importantly, I trust him. He makes my car purr like a kitten and gives me good advice about how to keep it running that way.

I've been taking my 2003 Mercedes to these guys for over 3 years now and have been completely satisfied with their service every time. I typically take my car in once per year for A/B service and I pay at least half of what the dealer tries to charge. In addition, they always call me with other maintenance items that I may want to have repaired. They never pressure me into doing any additional repairs and when I do, I don't feel ripped off. Perfect example - my trunk wouldn't open so the tech called to let me know he fixed it and would only charge me $100 rather than the $400 it would've cost had I taken it to the dealer. These guys are all former Mercedes Benz certified techs and know their way around these cars.My only complaint - they only service Mercedes. I need to find an equally reliable shop to service my Audi!!!
