Owning an old mercedes is a risky proposition! Mark takes some of that risk out with his knowledge and skill. But, more importantly, I trust him. He makes my car purr like a kitten and gives me good advice about how to keep it running that way.

Mark is incredible! Every time I've had my Benz in for service all of the employees have been honest, professional and have done outstanding work. This is the best place in Denver to have service work done a Mercedes. Honest, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and all at a great value.

I've been taking my 2003 Mercedes to these guys for over 3 years now and have been completely satisfied with their service every time. I typically take my car in once per year for A/B service and I pay at least half of what the dealer tries to charge. In addition, they always call me with other maintenance items that I may want to have repaired. They never pressure me into doing any additional repairs and when I do, I don't feel ripped off. Perfect example - my trunk wouldn't open so the tech called to let me know he fixed it and would only charge me $100 rather than the $400 it would've cost had I taken it to the dealer. These guys are all former Mercedes Benz certified techs and know their way around these cars.My only complaint - they only service Mercedes. I need to find an equally reliable shop to service my Audi!!!
