These guys are absolutely the best. I had my 1998 C230 in for work. During this time, I had some Health issues. Mark the owner brought groceries to my condo . I had 3 fractured ribs and was in the hospital for 3 weeks. Mark even came to my place and toilet walked my pomeranian for a few days until my neighbor took over. Wow! not only are they the best and most reasonable repair shop they are very compassionate! Thank you Mark and your entire staff! If you need Mercedes repairs, go here for the best of everything!

I recently bought a 2011 Mercedes E550 Coupe and it had about 36,000 miles on it. When it got to 40,000, I took it to German Motors. I went to the shop to "check it out" before I was willing to take my car in. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and lighting in the shop. I made an appt. for 2 days later, I could've taken it the next day (the local Mercedes dealer was booked up for over 3 weeks. I needed a 40K service. Zach was great. They had my car ready the next day and only did the work that the car needed. My w/s washer reservoir was cracked and I had them replace that along with the other work that was listed. The total bill was still $350 less than the dealer charges for a "Service B", and that included the new reservoir! Very happy with the work and will have my car serviced/repaired at their shop as long as I own it.

German Motors is absolutely the BOMB. I've been using Mark and his team at German Motors since 1992. The service is superb, the work is impeccable, and everyone is always friendly and helpful. So I show up today with my 2001 ML320, and a detailed explanation of my exact problem. "It's running like crap and the check engine light is on." A few hours later I get it back and it's smooth as silk! Mark kept my last ML320 running well through 240,000 miles, and it's still running. I drive from Boulder to Lakewood to use them because I can trust Mark totally. He'll always give me a detailed list of issues, cost for each, which need to be addressed right now, and which can be handled later. Had a problem on a road trip a couple of years ago, and went to a supposed MB expert who was having problems figuring out my trouble. I called Mark, got the 'expert' on the phone with him, and he walks the guy through the issue and how to fix it. Sweet! Even hundreds of miles away he's keeping me going and saving me $$$$. If you're a MB owner, you *really* need to give these folks a try. You simply won't find better, but you can sure spend more trying.

Hello Mark and everybody at German Motors! I want to thank Mark and all the staff at German Motors for all the service you have provided me and my family since 1986. I appreciate not only the customer service, but also the genuine care and professionalism that a lot of other auto repair shops and dealerships lack. Recently my Mercedes-Benz E500 had a vibration issue when driving around at varying speeds. To make this story as short as possible without leaving the important highlights; I took my vehicle to one of the big "Mercedes-Benz Dealerships". My car went up in the air on the lift for no more than 10-15 minutes and the service rep came and told me that the vibration in the car that happening was due to a bad rear differential/axle and needed replacing at the cost of $3417.99. I have a personal rule that in most cases when it comes to house, cars, medical issues, etc. that if a cost of repair or service reaches a certain dollar amount, I usually get a second opinion or even a third opinion and it usually depends on the company or the attitude of the people I deal with. It seemed very fishy to me when the dealership failed to even take the car out for a drive or even thoroughly inspect my vehicle by taking more time to look at all of the possibilities of what was causing my issue. So I took my car to German Motors and after some thorough inspection it was determined that my rear differential/axle was in excellent condition and was NOT AT ALL the reason causing my problem. The problem was the cars motor mounts that had failed and was causing the vibration in the car. All in all I had the motor mounts replaced, transmission mounts replaced, serviced the T-case fluids, replace the rear drive shaft support and bearing and service the rear differential fluid and spent $1626.70 WOW!!! I spent less than what the dealership wanted and had my problem fixed. Now, can you imagine how mad and furious I would be had I let the dealership do work on my car and my problem would still NOT be fixed. I have lost so much trust in dealerships when it comes to servicing my car. Thank you German Motors for saving me money and helping me keep my sanity. You guys are the best and I trust your work!

German Motors has taken care of me since I bought my first Mercedes in the late 80's. Mark and his crew are knowledgeable, quick, polite and just plain nice. The shop is spotless in front and in back. I have absolute trust and confidence in everything German Motors does - they're first-rate!

I've been taking my Mercedes-Benz automobiles to German Motors for service and major repairs over 15 years now. I've also taken my cars to other shops here and there over the years. Hands down, German Motors is the most honest and competent group of automotive specialists I've ever done business with. My 1986 300SDL has 260,000 miles on the odometer, all thanks to Mark, Charles, Billi, Walt, Matt, Chris and all of the other great guys who have kept this car running like new. Truth be told - I'm afraid to drive anything but a Mercedes because German Motors has set the bar so high for all other automotive specialists. I've been referring Mercedes-Benz owners to German Motors for years - I just couldn't imagine them taking their care to anyone else. Thanks again German Motors - let's see if we can make it another 260,000.

I am a car lover and I have owned a lot of Mercedes over the years. One of the first things I learned especially if you own S class, which are very complicated and sophisticated cars is you better not rely on the dealer and you better find a good honest mechanic. Mark, the owner of German motors and Kyle, his head mechanic are probably the best most honest people that I have ever dealt with when it comes to auto mechanics. They fix what is wrong with your car, they try and save you money if they can, and 99.9% of the time it's done right the first time with no collateral damage. As long as I stay in the Denver metro area this is the only place I will ever take my Mercedes.

Mark, I need for you and the crew at German Motors to know how much I appreciate the service that you continuously provide to my son, daughter, friends, and me all of whom have entrusted their cars to you and your excellent staff of technicians. Over the years, we have confronted any number of different issues with the "stable" (280SE, 420SEL, 300D, E420, C280, E430) and I have always been impressed with your ability to assess the problem, repair it appropriately with MBZ authorized parts and to do so at a reasonable costs. Even more importantly, I value the friendly way in which I'm greeted by Billi, either on the phone or when I come into the shop. You are also always available for a least a "hello" and some type of interaction with me regarding my visit. Over the years, Mark, you have become not only my trusted MBZ technician, but a good friend as well. I'm grateful for the referral I received many years ago to your excellent auto repair facility.
