What an amazing experience! I highly recommend German Motors for any issues with your Mercedes. The mechanic personally came to the front desk and answered all our questions and concerns thoroughly. Everyone in this company is personable and professional and more than reasonable in their pricing for services provided. Call them ... you won't go anywhere else once you experience German Motors Inc.

I didnt do any repair here but I found the owner (Mark, if I remember right) very honest and fair on prices.

I first brought my S class to German Motors Inc after becoming completely dissatisfied with the service at my local dealership. I had looked them up on the web to make sure they were all Benz certified and then read a lot of positive reviews from customers. When you own a car like this is important to have a relationship with an organization that you can trust and German Motors in Lakewood is such an organization. I trust them 100% to always be honest with me and to fix my car right. I have also recommended them to others who are just as pleased with their service. I will not take my car anywhere else again!

They do the same exact service as the Mercedes auto shop but for an extremely low price. They are always updated.

I've been to GM twice and they were great both times. They were very informative and told me what needed to be done and what I could wait to have done. Their prices are reasonable considering they're fixing Mercedes and so much better than going to a dealership!Kyle worked with me this last time I was in and I couldn't be happier with his service. He fixed only what was necessary and even made a couple of minor adjustments on the House. If you have a Benz do not take it anywhere else!!!Chuck 2007 E350

I was calling around for prices because we needed to change the brakes on our car and I probably called 5 or 6 different shops. They were the only ones that took the time to explain everything I needed in detail. They gave me a fast appointment. Everybody that works here is very professional. Its a small place but thats even better because they have time for their customers. Overall we were very satisfied with this place and thats why we went back for oil change and will be back for everything else.

It is the best MB shop in Colorado! I was there an hour ago to find out the cause of the check engine light. First, it is very friendly atmosphere as soon as you step in. Mark and his staff are very professional and outstandingly skillful. They scanned my car,found the cause and solved the issue in no time. Mark explained to me everything in details In a very respectful and professional manner and did not even charge me for his service!!! Thank you folks and I am sure to go back to German Motors in the future!!!

Amazingly honest place would recommend them to everyone who owns a Mercedes-Benz amazing customer service - they actually recommended for us to trade in our ML 350 diesel due to significant maintenance issues which would have been a gold mine for them
