German Motors recently repaired a potentially unsafe wheel-bearing condition on my 300TE and worked within my budget. Wow, it's so nice to know that they truly have my best interest in mind. I would highly recommend German Motors to anyone. The fact of the matter is it is the finest Benz repair shop I've ever used and as a businessman, Mark possesses extraordinary integrity. His business philosophy is rare indeed. I am ever grateful for German Motors' fine workmanship, understanding and friendship.

Quick, knowledgeable, honest

Took a 1985 300SD to these guys for a presale inspection. Mark (I think) was awesome. Gave me a rundown of what needed to be done. Sounded like he really knew what he was doing, and more importantly communicated what absolutely needed and stuff that could be done later. Didn't end up buying that car but would take my Mercedes their in a second if I actually had one.

I recently purchased a 1990 190E with 132000 miles on it. The car did not run when I purchased it and I did not know why. Typically taking your car to the mechanic is similar to going to the doctor because you never know what they might find or how much it might cost. The staff at German Motors made the process of fixing my car very easy and comfortable. Mark was able to diagnose what was wrong with my car the same day I brought it to him. He informed me of what he believed to be wrong with the vehicle and asked me if I wanted to proceed. I chose to proceed and the next day my vehicle was fixed. Their rates are competitive and you get what you pay for and then some. I highly recommend this place to any Mercedes owner in need of repair. I bought a 1993 Mercedes-Benz 300D four years ago, and It needed some work to get it up to par. I went thru two different shops before I found German Motors. My biggest concern was the issue I was having with my transmission shifting improper. None of the other Mercedes mechanics didn't know what to do to get it fixed, or fed me some story I knew was false.I found German Motors on the web, gave them a call and told Mark what's going on with my car.He told me he probably knew what was going on and to drop it off so he could look at it. He got it all fixed up by making some simple adjustments.Ever since then, I've been a loyal customer.They're fair with pricing and won't lie to you, or rip you off.Mark Yoakum, the owner, is a top shelf, master Mercedes mechanic. I chose this place because of Christy's friendly voice and I love the fact that their website is fully loaded of info that can help someone like me who dont know anything about German cars. Everyone was super nice and genuinely want to help you. They are not like the dealership that will just nickle and dime you. They actually care about you and your car and they love what they do. I got to met Mark who is the owner and he was super nice and gave me the basics on my car. He told me the things I need to do according to importance so I can plan for it. I love this place and I highly recommend it to everyone 😊

Came to this shop after seeing positive reviews on line. Showed up with no appointment, was greeted by the staff, and met the owner (Mark) who was over the top helpful. Had 5 things on my list to get done, received a quote and everything was done within 24 hours. Met the shop manager too (Kyle) who was very helpful, polite, and knowledgeable regarding all things MB. Very friendly people all the way around and the shop was clean... no BS here; had a great experience; this will be my MB shop from here on out. Thank you!

Having owned cars for over 45 years, German Motors is hands down the best repair shop I have ever dealt with - anywhere! Honest. Trustworthy. Fairly priced. They do what they say. I have had my multiple Mercedes serviced by Mark & Co. for the last 18 years and will not go anywhere else. A good Benz is a great car, but knowing German Motors is there is a primary factor in sticking with a Benz. Great job you guys!

I brought Mark and his team some tricky problems on my G500 and they did a tremendous job researching and fixing my transmission issue as well as my front differential. The service was excellent the experience was very thorough and professional I highly recommend them! They have done some additional service for me and I am very happy with the results.
