I'm very appreciative of the team at German Motors. One thing that really stands out to me is they pick up the phone when you call. (It's a lost art with so many businesses and service centers.) And, they're open and honest about a car's status. Excellent service overall!

I worked for German motors for almost 17 years. You can imagine when my wife bought a 1989 300 SE and said to me “it’s really pretty”. Needed some work and I thought of my old boss Mark right away. Brought him the car expecting a fuel adjustment. When he drove the car it had an extreme vibration at speed (I had no idea). After his team inspected the car thoroughly we replaced the motor mounts and found that the car had a bad driveshaft! Mark was able to find a driveshaft for this old car and now it drives fantastic! The team at German Motors will always have a place in my heart. Never cease to amaze me in their abilities and professionalism. Thank you so much for keeping us up and running and safe.

Excellent, knowledgeable and honest specialty mechanics capable and willing to take on a wide variety of problems in an efficient and professional manner. Door to door service is unusual and appreciated in these crazy times. I would highly recommend them to my mother if she had a Mercedes and was still alive. Zach is an excellent people person and the idea that communication with the customer during the process to avoid surprises is, unfortunately, very novel these days.
