I've
been taking my Mercedes-Benz automobiles to German Motors for
service and major repairs over 15 years now. I've also taken
my cars to other shops here and there over the years. Hands
down, German Motors is the most honest and competent group of
automotive specialists I've ever done business with. My 1986
300SDL has 260,000 miles on the odometer, all thanks to Mark,
Charles, Billi, Walt, Matt, Chris and all of the other great
guys who have kept this car running like new. Truth be told
- I'm afraid to drive anything but a Mercedes because German
Motors has set the bar so high for all other automotive specialists.
I've been referring Mercedes-Benz owners to German Motors for
years - I just couldn't imagine them taking their care to anyone
else. Thanks again German Motors - let's see if we can make
it another 260,000.

Mark,
I need for you and the crew at German Motors to know how much
I appreciate the service that you continuously provide to my
son, daughter, friends, and me all of whom have entrusted their
cars to you and your excellent staff of technicians. Over the
years, we have confronted any number of different issues with
the "stable" (280SE, 420SEL, 300D, E420, C280, E430) and I have
always been impressed with your ability to assess the problem,
repair it appropriately with MBZ authorized parts and to do
so at a reasonable costs. Even more importantly, I value the
friendly way in which I'm greeted by Billi, either on the phone
or when I come into the shop. You are also always available
for a least a "hello" and some type of interaction with me regarding
my visit. Over the years, Mark, you have become not only my
trusted MBZ technician, but a good friend as well. I'm grateful
for the referral I received many years ago to your excellent

I
have driven a Mercedes vehicle since 1975. With the exception
of the first one, the following three have been pre-owned. I
first came to German Motors in 1988 with my 1980 300SD on a
flat bed. In 1988, when I was given the impression by a local
Mercedes mechanic that not only could the repairs be very expensive
but he would not know how expensive until he took apart the
transmission and he would be glad to buy the car, I called German
Motors. I immediately received assurance that the repairs were
not expensive and I would have many years of service from the
car. Indeed, the repairs were not expensive. Thanks to German
Motors' superior service, I drove the car until 1997. It had
over 279,000 miles on the original engine when I sold it. Mark
Yoakum, proprietor, helped me find a gorgeous, pre-owned, low
mileage 1987 420SEL. This vehicle now has over 204,000 lovingly
tended miles by Mark and his outstanding staff. I can unequivocally
recommend German Motors.

For over 12 years German Motors has provided exceptional maintenance
on my 1987 260E. The first time my 206E was serviced by German
Motors was in 1992 and it had approximately 75,000 miles on
the odometer. Today my Mercedes is pushing the 242,000-mile
mark. I want to express my genuine appreciation to you and your
talented German Motors staff for the years of fantastic service
that has been provided to the "old Benz". Your establishment
has always been fair and has maintained the estimated scope,
schedule and cost. On every departure I was comfortable the

To say that you guys do a good job would be like saying: Cary
Grant was cute, Mohammad Ali had a decent punch, Ella Fitzgerald
could carry a tune. The fact is, your touch is magical. Every
time I bring my SLK in it comes out like a new car. No one else
has worked on my Benz for over three years … and no one else
ever will. Your expertise and devotion to service would be enough,

Motors recently repaired a potentially unsafe wheel-bearing
condition on my 300TE and worked within my budget. Wow, it's
so nice to know that they truly have my best interest in mind.
I would highly recommend German Motors to anyone. The fact of
the matter is it is the finest Benz repair shop I've ever used
and as a businessman, Mark possesses extraordinary integrity.
His business philosophy is rare indeed. I am ever grateful for
