1. We pick up your Mercedes up at your home.

2. We work on your Mercedes at our shop.

3. We return it to your home

You know we don’t view our customers as just customers or your repair as just a transaction. To us you are family, and we will do the latest in known, proven sterilization protocols to ensure your safety. All our work is guaranteed – you know that, but if there is any issue, we will come back out, pick up the car as outlined above and make the necessary adjustments/repairs that you instruct us to do. And of course, we never start work on your vehicle until you have a clear understanding of what we believe you need now and what you elect to be delayed.
